What are some of the experiences others of you have had with products of this kind? Are they generally flimsy, or solid jewelry? Who makes the best ones, in your opinions?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,

After looking at the cuff site it appears that the cuffs are curved and what they call ponytail ties are flat....could it be you ordered a tie instead of a cuff .....or they mixed up.....cuffs defitely appear to be curved NOT FLAT.
Rev,
"Flattened?" "Flexible?" Not if you're talking about the same product I got! A girlfriend of mine gave me one a year or so ago. It was cylindrical, was not flattened, and is most assuredly NOT flexible. I see they changed their designs and that's good. I may have to try one of their newer ones as the one I have really doesn't work too well for me. I got one of the largest diameters they sold and it still feels to narrow for my hair.
Good luck with yours!

This was a pony tail CUFF. It was made of nickel-silver and cylindrical in shape (flattened in the mail to a thin oval) with a hair tie connected to the inside.
