Hey guys! I'm approximately 6 months in my quest for knee length hair :-) It now gets in my nose whenever I look down, but I'm not complaining! Just thought I'd share this pic with you. There's a followup with a shot of the back.
And here's the back.
Looking good Chris
Chris you hair looks fabulous so far and in very healthy condition. You've got grand ambitions for a goal length that I fully support my friend:)Just take good care of your hair during the journey and avoid missteps then you'll be fine.Cheers
Mark
Six months down, and you're making a good start.
Hey Chris,
You're off to a great start and it's good to shoot for big goals! It's fun to pass the various points on your body that your hair reaches as it lengthens.
Jason
Your hair looks good Chris! Your progress is looking great, and I hope you reach your goal.
(I have to push my hair out of the bowl when I eat cereal LOL!)
Luke.
The joys of the awkward stage... long enough to make its way into your daily activities, but not long to restrain it. :-)
It now gets in my nose whenever I look down, but I'm not complaining!
Ah, the sign of a true longhair! I think we've seen that those that are truely bothered by thier increasing length touching some part of thier face don't last that long. I can see you're in it for the long haul, and off to a great start!
Keep it growin'

Your progress is looking great. Your hair is longer than mine and I'm a month ahead of you! Good luck on your goal.
CJ
Your type of hair looks good long Chris, and looks like your doing a good job taking care of it. Knee length, more power to you if you can stick it out that long.

"...begins with a single step." (Or something like that!)
I can't remember who originally said the above quote. I think it's an ancient Chinese proverb of some kind, or possibly Native American Indian. I don't remember. In any case, you are off to an EXCELLENT beginning, I'd say!
Onward & downward!!!
"May your hair occasionally get caught in your belt, get confused with blonde swimming trunks, and hang lower than the hem of your Bermuda shorts!" (A modern proverb that I made up myself, and also hope someday to be able to live by - LOL)
- Ken in San Francisco
Thanks Ken! As for your proverb, I don't have many shorts because we don't get a Summer in the Northeast, but it would be great if it hung lower than the hem of my regular pants!
Good insights Ken. (Or you can never have enough hair on the Brain).
My thoughts were:
Most people have at least 100,000 or more individual strands of hair on their heads. If grown long enough and joined together it might very well stretch a 1000 miles in length ! LOL (Grins)
