Hello everyone, I've been lurking on the forum for a while now and found it inspirational in my journey to becoming a long hair. My goal is around mid-back or longer and my last haircut was last August so I have decided to post a 12 month pic as now I finally feel like I am becoming a long hair and it feels great. Didn't know I had wavy hair until the past two months or so and my wife has been a big support to me as she loves long haired men. I have tried to grow my hair in the past but always been put off by the usual jibes like the old chesnuts you look like a girl, or you suit your hair short ect and got it cut. I now feel at an age where I want to do what I want to do and if people don't like it then tough thats there problem not mine. Anyway just thought I would introduce myself and thank you all for such a great informative and supporting forum. keep up the good work.
Hi scalliwagg and welcome aboard the mlhh as a poster instead of a lurker.It's always nice to hear that the board again has helped inspire yet another longhair in this world as it can get very lonely as you know for us.I don't know how some of the guys grow out when all they get from people around them is negative comment after negative comment.Its no wonder they give up the journey after awhile.Well that's where we come into play my friend:)While we may live miles apart the web has brought us all closer together which is something I never had when I was growing my hair long.Anyway thanks for coming forward and telling your story.Drop in as often as you wish.Cheers

For me its easy. I generally get negative comments from guys and positive comments from girls...
