32, and in the same boat.
I'm afraid that it will NEVER change... Even when we're in our 50's, our parents will be telling us to cut our hair... :| Oh well.

Sure, just learn to ignore.
Though I remember reading a story of Bon Jovi several years ago, where his father kept telling him to get his haircut, and then, one day, asking him if he really needed to have it that long, and then helping him with the maintenance after that.
I turn 50 this month.
I am sixty seven, perhaps one of the older members of this site...I started growing out my hair again, after many, many, years about two and half years ago...I get a few remarks but the important thing is I am happy with longer hair...
69 pushing the big 70 this year.
I think I'm the youngest. I'm 13.
hey bud, Do you have a pic to post. How long is your hair at the moment?
I am age 50, will be 51 on May 28th, 2002.

42 and with a few grey Strands now. Never had really short Hair since i was 10 and decided for growing it out last Year. It`s about 25 cm at present, and the comments on this Board are vervy helpful for me!
at the ripe age of 62, i'm probably at the other end of the spectrum
of most of you folks, but i missed out on the 60's hippy fad. now that my hair is thinning on top and typical MPB, with rogaine and lots
of attention to hair-care, thanks to these postings I'm encouraged to
continue as long as i can with what i have. after 9 months, i can gather a bit of a ponytail. occasionally i put in the ear studs and endure the flak over 'blonde instead of gray,' ...not too much support at home but i feel it's their problem, not mine. my 11 year old daughter thinks her dad is 'cool,' and that's good enough for me. be
your own person....wolves don't join the flock, they prey on them!
