Why cant it just...grow faster?!!

Your hair appears to be where it should be at 1.7 years. You can't speed it up, but you can keep from slowing down by living a healthy lifestyle.

Wow such a beautiful colour and great condition and has certainly grown for 1.7 years. The joy of growing longhair is to be patient and the average for hair growth is about 0.5" inch per month.
You've come along way in such a short space of time and keep it growing.

Your hair looks perfect at this stage of your journey so don't get too caught up in how fast it grows.As long as you care for your hair and avoid any crazy trimmin' frenzy you'll be OK my friend:)Cheers

I know the growth rate can be frustrating, but be patient, and console yourself with the fact that the color and condition of your hair are wonderful.
We all wish our hair grew faster I'm sure. But I think it's the long length of time that instills pride for those that stick it out. For 1.7 years your hair looks to be exactly where it should be, and healthy too. Just avoid trims and you will get there!

Your length looks about right to me, considering you have been growing it for a bit less than 2 years. The colour looks fantastic too, just gorgeous.
Patience is required to grow your hair really long for sure.
