I'm sorry for not being a frequent poster but I really appreciate the discussion going on there.
This is the most recent pic of my hair, taken after keeping it in a bun for several days (except at night) and not brushing it, hence the cord-like look. It's not like that usually!

Wow, now that's an awesome mane of healthy, shiny hair! I wish I could grow a mane like that. I hope you decide to keep it growing. My best hair genes seem to have ended up on my chin:)
Well, I have no intention of trimming for the moment!
and for compensation, my beard stopped growing at 10 inches for the longest hairs, so you can say there's justice in this world!
You sure know how to take the wind out of a guys sails. I was just about to get my camera back out and take some good hair pics just so I could show off demand attention and fish for compliments. It is definately time I gave an update anyway, I haven't done one since my unlurking last spring.
Great update, you've achived some great length bypassing me up. I'm very glad for you, but at the same time "bummer". Hopefully now with my improved hair care (since about a year ago) I will be able to move on downward with my hair.

Hi Ale. I believe that since you hair is all the way past your waist, you have reached terminal. Nonetheless, it looks like your hair forms twirls and waves.

Hi Mattew, actually I never measure my hair so I can't say if it's terminal or not; I'll see in the next months.
As for the waves and twirls, it's due to wearing it in buns all the time, and little brushing, together with my natural texture.
I'll post a more "realistic" update in the next days, maybe.

Ahahah, sparse moustaches are really frustrating! But now the handlebar is the ultimate solution, for me! I've never been so happy with my stache.
Well, the corded look was only temporary of course, I just spent some time brushing and taming...
