Hey guys!
Well, last night I went to see the Australian Pink Floyd. They were very good, they sound almost identical to the real band!
The guitar solos from Comfortably Numb were definitely my favorite part!
Anyways, there were a good number of long haired males at the concert. There were still way more short haired men, but it is still good to see other long haired rock n' rollers like me.
Anyways, just thought I'd share this with the board and perhaps any Pink Floyd fans that might be on here.

That's great! and Comfortably Numb is one of my favorite songs. I wish I was there!
Nice! I saw the American Pink Floyd about a year ago, almost matched the albums perfectly. Thats not really what I want though, I'd like to hear something different.
Hi Luke,
I've seen Aussie Floyd several times and admit they are the best in the business covering this classic rock act!Pink Floyd is not an easy group to cover as I've seen other Floyd covers and they just didn't make the grade.Anyone who has the opportunity to see Aussie Floyd should do so.You will not be disappointed.Included is a pic I took last time I saw them at the Roseland Ballroom in NYC.Thanks for mentioning this fantastic act.

That brings me memories from almost 20 years ago... in July 1990 I was at Roger Waters' concert with "The Wall" in Berlin. It was perhaps the largest rock concert ever. The venue was the no-man's land between the Brandenburg Gate and the old Potzdamer Platz, an area that had been razed by the East German authorities after the Berlin Wall was built in the 1960s. At that time the Wall was still standing but there was free passage between East and West Berlin.
A wall, made of styrofoam blocks, was built during the show and was torn down at the end. While the wall was built, scenes from the animated movie "The Wall" were being projected on it, while a huge balloon representing the Schoolmaster was floating above.

That must have been so cool, and such an important gig looking back.
