Hi Everyone. I haven't been posting much of late, but thought that I'd do an update. August 31, 2009 was my 6 year Anniversary of no haircuts. So here I am about 2 months late and still letting it grow and flow. I have no intention of cutting, but just letting it grow until it grows no more. I was inspired to do this update because as a tribute to my long,lost "triplet" brothers Jarvis and Paddy.LOL

Wow Del,you certainly give us our monies worth when you make update posts.Actually it looks part long hair update and part fashion show:)However the shirtless ones offer up alot too;)Your hair is fantastic and I salute you for sticking with the hair for the long haul.I particularly like your hair in pic #4,very cool.But what the heck they are all great so I'd hate to be forced to select a favorite with such stiff competition.It's certainly nice seeing you active on the board again.Great post my friend!

I'm glad you liked the pictures. Sometimes I just go crazy with the camera, hair and clothes to see what I'll get. I like experimenting with different looks. I need to get a cowboy hat like yours. I'm going to Texas in a couple weeks, so maybe I'll pick one up.

Hey Jarvis. Yeah, I guess I was being too conservative in picture #3. I went on your site and read the article about how much money it would take to cut your hair. You really have some kick ass expensive hair man. I hope mine is worth that much.

Hey Scott. I don't know if I'll get any more length, but time will tell. I think this might be about the ideal length for me, but I've thought that before and then liked it as it grew longer. Your length is awesome, and I doubt I'll ever achieve that.

Hair looks fantastic. Great length. And, what is your workout routine?? Do you wrestle, too??
Thanks for the compliments. I lift weights 3 times per week for an hour per workout and take yoga 3 times a week. I'm not a wrestler, but I am ballroom dance teacher, so I dance everyday. As you can see, I get a lot of exercise.

Del, your hair is beautiful. There's no other word for it. The fact you can dance as well is great. There ain't too many of us about. I do a bit of Highland, Salsa, Ballroom and Scottish Country, but I always want to learn more. One of these days, I'll learn a quickstep and a foxtrot.
Hey Viking. Thank you for the compliments. Yeah, dancing is my passion. I just did a show on Saturday night with some of my students. I did a salsa, jive, foxtrot, merengue and paso doble. My pony tail was whipping around with each turn. Keep dancing man.
