Here's my 2.5 year update. My hair's doing quite well, but there's still alot of shedding and some dryness.
I've been to Portugal (Espinho & Porto) for a week, and washing my hair with that water full of chlorine caused the dryness, I think. Despite that, Portugal is a really nice country!
BTW I have a new computer, the latest iMac 21.5" with which I took the photos just now. Really nice machine, fast as hell!

Don't worry about losing too many hairs, for you are just noticing more now that they are getting longer. No doubt normal shedding..........but a real good drain-cloger it can be! LOL

Nice hair! Your's seems almost exactly like mine... just shorter (I'm at 33 mo. starting from about 4 in.) and a little thicker. What's your goal?

Hi. Your hair looks good. I noticed a tiny curl at the end of your ponytail. Even hair that looks straight at first glance may end up showing some curls. One guy at my work had that kind of hair. Don't worry about shedding. My hair had shed heavily and it still feels thick. I had learned that chlorine can dissolve hair, therefore, severely damaging it, but hopefully, it did not do much to your hair while you were away.

Can't say I've been to Espinho & Porto, been to Lisbon twice and Faro once thanks to my Grandmother. Portugal is beautiful.
Hair looks great. Got a goal length in mind?
I don‘t really have a goal length, but I think I'll go for a trim (2 centimeters or so) soon. I noticed some split ends lately.
What I can say for sure is that I'm not going for terminal length but rather stick at my current length (or a bit longer).
