So I'm still navigating the awkward phase and I'm encountering a new problem. Lately when I'm shaving my hair will flop down into the path of the razor. I haven't cut it yet but I'm waiting for the day when I'm only half paying attention and I take a nice big chunk out. Any ideas?
Hair has gotten in my way before.
Just put it in a tail. If it's not long enough to be in a tail then hold the hair out the way with one hand while you shave with the other. Not hard to do.
Adam. Let's see. Hmmm ! Don't shave!
peace, jonalbear
hahaha. that's also a good idea.
I should clarify that I'm just shaving around my goatee. Sadly my hair is not long enough to be put in a tail. I can't believe I didn't think of that solution. Definitely one of those 'oh duh' moments. But then again in all the years I've been shaving my hair's been short enough that it's been a one handed operation.
Or just put a bandana on if it won't fit in a ponytail?
LOL!! Yeah, that may work for those of us that can grow a beard. I have just enough American Indian blood to make that a problem. My latest picture shows 3 weeks of growth. :)
If your hair isn't long enough to tail, then use barrettes or clips to hold it back.
Usually after a shower, I'll comb my hair back when it's still wet, then shave. Works great!
