This is me 31 years ago with my hair below shoulder length. I will get all back and more!
Rock'n'Roll ! Is your hair black or brown by the way ?
Also, we already have one "Rob" here. your username "Rob D" in the previous post was fine, keep it ;)

Vivien.
I have brown hair even at age 52. Very little gray. I'll stick with Rob D to limit confusion.
Thanks!
Rob.
This was my hobby around that same time.
Never had a talent for music... but I was often accused of it.

Frazetta-esque Conan?
Yes! Very good Validus. I'm surprised anyone could tell from that small bit that's finished.

Rob,
Here's one of me from around '77 or '78. Age 57 now.

Cool "blast from the past" pictures!
Here's a little collection I made while scanning family photos into digital format.
The KLH Model 21 FM table radio in the 1968 photo appears again in the 2008 photo - A blast from the past that is still with me :-)

About 20 years ago, before Linux came to be and Linux Longhair was just a longhair roaming the Kullen hills near Helsingborg, Sweden.

I'm a Novell SuSE / OpenSuSE guy myself. I like Ubuntu too! Stated out on SuSE 6.3 and Redhat 7.2. ;-)
Debian 5 on the firewall systems (2 HP Pentium III boxes) and on the main servers (2 Dell PowerEdge boxes, one with Quad-core AMD Opteron an 4 GB RAM, the other one with Dual-core Pentium and 3 GB RAM), CentOS 5.4 (a free RedHat Enterprise 5 replacement) on the 2 desktops and Ubuntu on the laptop. The two Dell servers host several virtual Xen domains (hosts) each - an inbound mail server, an outbound mail server, a web server and a user mailbox server (which is only active on one host) - all these Xen domains are based on Debian 5. The servers have also a shared storage of 250 GB for users and 120 GB for archives and backups. Another Debian 5 system (an older Dell workstation) runs the backup and monitoring systems. I have also a Sun Ultra machine with Solaris 10 and an old 100 MHz Pentium box running Debian 5 - they are being used for my model railroad control and signaling project.

Mark

Happy New Year!
RobD
Hi Rob, I am 52 also but I bet your hair at 52 looks a lot better than mine : )
I do need to come up with an up to date photo; the one here is over 2 years old.
Rob
Great to meet some new friends who are on the same page as I am. 52 is a good age for growing my back out.
Keep in touch and have a great new year!
