Years ago, someone started a thread with that title....interesting and funny answers.
Check the link below for a great photo-interpretation.
Hair Progress Mirror
I tend not to in case a crack another one. I do remember that I used to have brown hair!

"I tend not to..."
Me neither. I look at the mirror every once in a week or in three-four days (the "often" version). Never have really belonged to the narcissistic type.
Looks as if my mirror is making fun of me. That does it and out it goes!

I always wondered how many buzzed guys secretly wished they could have what we all take great pride in here. That is having an awesome mane and not care what others think of it.I find it difficult to believe that all these buzzed guys REALLY like how they look because its so UUUUGGGGLLLYYYYYY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!LOL

And you can see all of the lumps on their head. LOL
I only look into the mirror right after a shower when it's all steamed up.
Not nearly as scary that way.

WOW, that's quite a photo-interpretation there, Walter! In my case, I've never looked as hands-down "FABulous!" as that movie star in the mirror; nor, thank goodness, as devoid of hair as the back of that older man's head! I guess I've always just been rather ordinary-looking (but grateful my long hair at least has grown back since my awful Y2K cut).
This pic was taken a couple of years ago or so, maybe even 3 years ago. Notice that my camera is blocking my facial features (to avoid breaking the mirror - LOL)....
As one of my dance partners once said when she saw a pic of me when I was young, "You used to be so cute back then... What the hell HAPPENED?!!"

Great!!
Now I have spots before my eyes
LOL

Your hair rocks M8. Seriously, I love the lack of part! It's awesome!
Last weekend I watched all the three movies (extended editions) in one night. Next day around noon the signs of coffee deprivations are evident...

A Linux Longhair
You look really tired. We plan on doing that one day. We have the extended versions as well. We just haven't had the time to do it.
We love LOTR.

This is a drawing I did in 1982. I was in the army and had very short hair then. This is what I wanted to see when I looked int he mirror! Hehe.
It's a character I created for a story I was writing and like a lot of potential writers, I wanted the central character to be a "modified" self image. :-)
Yeah, yeah, I know I don't quite have that much of a "barbarian" look but neither did Robert E. Howard (Conan) or Karl Edward Wagner (Kane).
Paul
I have always loved this drawing. It's one of my favorites that you have drawn.

High!
My bathroom mirror is not large enough to show more than my face and chest, so usually the sight is quite pleasant - a substantially bearded longhair with a dark mane reaching several inches below his nipples.
But whenever I see myself in a larger mirror, I'm just shocked about that ugly shape - a bulging couch potato with a paunch visibly sticking out, with life-threatening overweight (BMI currently 38.5)... how does this go together with my upper quarter looking like an archetypical 1970s hippie? People of my weight are expected to be buzzed and babyfaced...
I just HAVE to lose weight! The classical hippie never was obese, and also never was the classical Afghan (my beard role model), and neither the hippie nor the Afghan wast their lifes away in sitting years and years motionlessly in front of monitors, sucking media junk and pseudo-intellectual trash from the Internet!
See you in Khyberspace!
