Hey all.
I've come to the conclusion that I have a widows peak hairline, normally that'd be fine but it's pretty harsh on one side due to a child hood scar. I dislike brushing my hair behind my ears and not being able to cover the entire area, so I'm wondering what would help hold it in place as a swept back style, as in a gel or hair spray. Currently I wear it in sort of a Elrond style half knot which I quite like.
Also some people were asking for a wedding photo with my wife, and this is the best I have on the computer.
You make a lovely couple Snrubber. Congratulations!

Hi
The coat suits you well, especially with your long hair. I also like the hat! You look like a Victorian gentlemen, awesome!
A widowspeak is quite normal, and is part of your manhood hairline.
I also have a little bit of widows peak hairline, but on one side of my hair, very strange. It is not thinning, but one side is a little bit reduced to the back, and the other not. I have that since i was a little kid, and now i'm 21, and it is still the same.
You could use Hair Mouse. It is different than gel, or hairspray. It will not harden your hair, but it will keep it in position you like.
Maybe you could place a picture of yourself without hat?

Honestly this is the most recent photo I can manage, me being the bass player. If you look closely at the left side of my forehead, you can see where it begins to thin out.
Nice shirt, haha.
Hi!
Thanx for sharing the picture.
First of all, your hair is nicely long, and to me it looks very healthy.
And as you say, indeed your hairline maybe reducing a little bit at the sides, but no reason to panic. Maybe it is genetic determined, and runs it in your family, but does not always.
The rest of your hair looks very thick.
Since when did you noticed it that your hairline is beginning to take a widows peak?
And... if it is realy disturbing you, you can take 5000mcg Biotin supplements to thicken up the sides. Biotin is a significant catalyst to the growth of a person's hair. Not only does it allow for a thicker hair strand girth, but it also increases length and reduces hair strand breakage.
You can get it at Walmart. It is not that expensive, you get a bottle of 120 supplements, 1 supplement a day, so you are doing 4 months with one bottle.
I'm using 2000mg of MSM, and 5000mcg Biotin a day, to keep my longhair healthy, and speed up the growth. I want to have it at belt length. Since i let my hair grow i'm taking MSM, and using Biotin for 3 months now. I must say, i'm impressed by it's working. Less breakage and the hair is a little bit thicker now. You can get awesome results using 5000mcg of Biotin if you are using it for a long time.
So, you should try it out : )
I notice that you have the same hair as Chuck Schuldiner from Death.
Great pic.
