Hey guys, I've been growing my hair for about a year. This is my first post, but I'm going to include a picture from a year ago when I started growing it, and some recent pictures. I don't have a camera of my own so the only pictures I have are from parties, etc.
I'm not sure how to post multiple images in 1 post. This is when I started a year ago.

Thanks. I am planning to keep it growing ;). I will try to get a camera so I can take some proper pictures.
Another picture. I don't have any pictures from the front. I do not own a camera so these are all just pictures that people posted of me on facebook.
That is certainly a substantial amount of growth for only 12 months. Getting a cheap digital camera is worth the money and you can make a photographic chronology of your hair progress, amongst a million other uses. The first time I grew my hair out I took monthly photos and it really encouraged me to keep growing and recognise the progress I had made.

That's some nice growth for a year! I would definately try and find a cheap digital camera, or even a camera phone. Being able to compare pics and see your progress is really encouraging, even if you don't post them.

Nice amount of growth! So when are you going to give us the home recipe for miracle grow?
Well I have been taking MSM powder, Vitamin C, and Cod Liver oil daily. MSM is supposed to speed up how fast the proteins in the body bind, which leads to faster hair/nail growth. I am not sure if this is how I have gotten so much growth in a year or not, but MSM has helped my acne for sure.
I wouldn't know whether or not that actually speeds hair's growth, but it definitely would contribute to healthy hair!
