  You may remember me -- I am the lawyer retiring at the end of the year and hoping for a pony tail by then. . .long hair and short hours, my partner says. Anyway, I am just over a year in and the back is way, way over the collar. I love it! I did get a trim on the ears yesterday so that I can maintain the "professional" image at least for now. My barber is very sympathetic, on the journey with me, and he thinks I'll be able to start a weekend tail in a month or so. Pictures soon.

    Yes, I do remember you posting about this awhile ago.Sounds encouraging the length you are at and that you also have support from your barber.Barber is such a scary word as that always makes me think of that "Leave it to Beaver" look afterwards!YIKES
