  Does anyone know of any good products for long hair that curls over on the sides, but stands up in the front just at the hairline?

  I've tried a number of products that are of course better for shorter hair, and having put them through more/longer hair is so much that it produces too much oil on my forehead and just makes my long hair stale/hard.

  I also don't want it to look like there is product; i.e., make the hair look like it is dried.

    Aloe Vera Gel perhaps? Works pretty good as a styling product. Doesn't damage hair either. I use it from time to time. Make sure to get the clear kind.
