Hello everybody, so I'm having a big problem for the next few months. I'm going at a sports college and swimming is part of this semester's classes. Now I'm having a big issue with getting all my hair in a silicon swim cap that I bought today (it was also the biggest cap I could find). True that my hair was fresh washed today aka lots of volume, but I found it pretty much impossible to fit it on my head. If there are any swimmers arround who had the same issues I'm dieng to hear some techniques to get it done since I really don't want to ruin my hair in the chlorine, besides I'm not even allowed to enter the pool with long hair and no cap. :(
Thanks!
Find a doctor who'll write a note saying that you can't get water in your ears.
Try a segmented tail (more than one hair tie kinda tite) or a braid if you know how to do that. then try to get your hair under the cap.
