That was my red & white VW in the very last post of mine, incidentally. I grew all those flowers in this one too, besides my hair! ;p
Hi John,
Thanks for posting your very cool pics from your younger days to what I assume is present day.You have quite a nice mane going on there that looks in very good condition and at quite a long length.I think your friend in the other pic needs some more hair though and I'm sure you told him that:)Nice job on the flowers BTW.So are you planning on growing your hair longer?Your hair would look fantastic at waist length in my opinion.Anyway looks like you have a nice place there and hopefully it isn't as cold as Buffalo.Cheers
Mark
You're welcome, and thank you. Waist leignth is a nice suggestion! Seattle's not as cold as Buffalo. It's warm temperate. the area has bamboo & palms. Now that I've figured how to wear my hair up, and it isn't slapping me in the face when I'm at a construction job, like it would do in a ponytail - the eternal ponytail, almost never anything else!, and with it not getting tangled being kept up, I think I could handle it being a foot longer!!
Great series of photos !
Thanks for Sharing

Thank you, and you're welcome I'm sure. ;p
That is one BEAUTIFUL garden you have there, -- and your hair is awesome, too!!!!
Since you are into gardening, click on my avatar pic to go to my website, and you'll find at the bottom of my introductory page a place to go see my "Virtual Garden" page. I'm especially into healthy and organically-grown roses. I still have a lot more roses to add onto my "Gallery of Roses" page; but hey, websites are an on-going never-ending project!
Bill Choisser, who used to be the Chief Tech guy here at MLHH, as well as a former Moderator here, did all the design and technical work on my website -- it was great fun!!
BTW, where in the heck do you live? Those flowers in your garden look more like summer than spring; so I'm wondering if you live Down Under -- or were those pics taken several months ago? Just curious...

- Thank you very much. That's a 19 year old picture! and yes, from the spring. I'll definitely check your link! I have a wild rose that came up by itself before I moved here, the lady before said she couldn't get it out, & I was glad! I love living with it. It grows 20 foot canes and has cascades of very large apple blossom flowers, and it perfumes the air. I'm into old roses & perennials, want to get a master gardeners degree some day cause it's fun to daydream garden plans & problem solving. I love Gertrude Jekyll, and have a youtube page with recent garden stuff - and I'm around Seattle.

Great hair! cool garden!
What's kitty's name?
Kevin
Thanks Kevin! We got two females from the same litter from a barn around the mountain. I think that one is Possum. They were possom & Momma Tiggs, neither one is alive now, as that was 19 years ago. Their mom was part cougar, they at the barn thought. I have 30 now, all related, all fixed, most one & two years old. All very nice. I'm in the process of moving my full and somewhat mature garden to friends houses, as the land I'm on forclosed, and they don't want me there.
