Good Walter
For being such a good boy in Iowa, I bought myself some (way overdue...)new wheels in Des Moines and am driving back (I'm "enjoying" a blizzard in Denver tonight). Subaru Outback with all the bells & whistles.
To keep this slightly on topic: Does the name "Gandalf" (the Gray..long-haired wizard) sound right for this vehicle??
I can't quite see how it would fit, so no.
"...I can't quite see how it would fit, so no..."
I was just being silly. I have always named my cars.....
Gray Car = Gandalf the Gray...get it? Ha!
sigh...I need to get a dog !!
My car is simply referred to as "the old girl" The cavalier that is (307,000 miles, she got around) The Subaru in the pic is on loan to a friend it has 160,000 miles don't have a name for it yet.
So what was your Previa's name?
"...So what was your Previa's name?..."
My goddaughter looked at it and said; "Its a Baby Bus !, so that stuck...The Green Rodeo is "Grasshopper"
That's a bit of a tank Walter but I'm sure with the miles you drive you need something for the drive and comfort.
Cheers,
John.B
You made a good choice I love my somewhat vintage Subaru.
A good vintage indeed and I have a very rare 12 year old Laguna and has done over 250000 miles :-)
Sounds good to me!
I love my very vintage Subaru! It's a '79 Brat that I sometimes call "The Little Beastie".
Happy blizzard driving!
