I am teased about it often, as all my friends and family say high and tight is the way to go.
No thanks. I was raised in the 70s (and 80s... shhh) and Long Haired Men were all over the telly, here in California, and no doubt all over the US and other countries. Plenty of long haired men in real life, thankfully, too.
I have one rule (well more than one, but the initial one is) the man must have long hair. Made the mistake 2 times, dating short haired men, seemed to me, they were too darn uptight. High and tight, I think I get it now.

Since long hair has been in fashion (even though it was more than thirty years ago now), cultural conservatives can imagine that they're being rebellious and independent-minded by getting their hair cut. I think they really believe it, too...

Thanks! I know a good bit of other people like that too. Actually, man or woman thats 90% of the people I hang out with. I know a lot of girls that would kill me if I ever got my hair cut.
And I like the name. Well.... the barbie part is kinda dissapointing, but the vampyre part more than makes up for it :)
