Right now my hair is a bit past shoulder length and soon I will no longer be able to reach and detangle the ends the way I usually have (by raising my arm so that my elbow is directly horizontal from my head and fingercombing downward at the ends.
I am wondering how you guys with longer hair detangle your hair. The only method of detangling that works for me is finger detangling. Do you tuck your arm behind your back and comb downwards? This seems the most plausible way to me.
Just curious how it works for you guys.
Sometime in summer I will be posting an update picture since my hair will then be significantly longer than it was last time I posted a picture (November).

The amswer seems easy to me. With your hair center parted, bring your hair to the front to finger comb it. This will allow you to reach the ends without straining your arms.

Right, thanks alot Absalom, didn't even think of that.
For really bad tangles I use a leave in conditioner to get them out. Im wavey and course hair so sometimes a little help is needed.
Plus...it's leave in conditioner so it's good for the hair anyhow
