I was showing my 4 and 1/2 year old daughter an old graduation picture of me (with short hair) and her response was...
"you look weird..."
Heh, heh. Training the next generation. I love it.
That is nothining short of awesome, my friend. :)
I'm currently working on rescuing my brother from a mix my bic'ing step dad and the "new" disney. Its frustrating as hell but it'll be worth it if I make him one of us. I'm tryin to get like 3 or 4 other people to grow their hair right now too. Worked on 1, another gave up 4 months in and went back to like a 1/2 in. fade, worked atleast to shaggy hair on another...
I do what I can to help the cause.

On the other hand, when my hair was previously long several years ago my niece told me, "You look like a girl!" This at 9 years old.
Maybe not being trained as much as we'd like. Just sayin'... =(
I have 2 ten year-old sisters and whenever I visit home (fairly rarely, so there is significant hair growth each time) they always let me know that I look like a girl and my hair looks weird. I can understand why, though, considering my parents' views on the subject and the fact that they have only known me as a short-haired guy until now.
It's sad that a 4 and 1/2 year old girl can see that short hair is weird (unnatural) yet even the most intelligent adults fail to understand this. We could learn a great deal from those that are not yet corrupted by our society.
