I went and auditioned for a shampoo comercial today. They were looking foe men with hair over 4" in length. I went in and the casting guys said,"OMG, you have too much hair." With a big smile, I replied," Don't you mean not enough hair?" Needless to say didn't land the job. But Kudos to them for bringing in guys with longer hair.
Indeed good for them and of course their loss.
Cheers,

Sounds like the guy has just lost himself an opportunity that just might have come in useful to him down the road. Afterall, the advt. said OVER 4" in length. OMG: That could be ANY length!
Yeah. Media, advertising, "open society", propaganda bullshit. Even if they want a guy with "long" hair, my bet is he has 6" max. Probably 3.5"-5" in reality. And it'll be kinda curly or wavy, so It'll look even shorter. But hey, to all the "normal" sheeple he STILL has long hair, so the advertisers still win! Yay shallow, scared, media pricks!

P.S. Yeah. I'm in a bad mood.
I would like to see another biker one :(.
Troy Polamalu get's to do a shampoo commercial and you don't? It doesn't seem fair.
How much hair do you have? My hair is over 4" and is now just above the shoulders, so I have no idea what the casters were aiming for if they rejected you.
My hair is mid back length and I have a full beard 16" in length.
You could have tried to go for the role of the "before" picture.
