Ive had long hair since 2008 and usually its curly/wavy. Recently it started going frizzy so i had it cut. That didnt seem to work so i went to another place last Friday and got it neatend up a bit and it seemed to do the trick. During the last week when I wash it it goes dry and the wavy look seems to have gone. Someone suggested I condition it everyday but it doesnt seem to bring back the curly/wavy look. It seems to be straigher in a way. Any suggestions on what i could do?
Also I dont use shampoo everyday or many hair products.
Alas, but sometimes what seems possible or probable may be in effect impossible. Everyone is different and so to "experiment" with long hair is the key to "possible success" despite the fact that it may be said impossible to begin with. However, when found, it will be deemed possible by those thinking it was impossible which is most probable regardless of all and anything else.
Best of luck and hope you find the answer to this problem.
Wash you hair twice a week, and use a good conditoner.... Also try letting the hair air-dry after toweling. Pat hair dry with a towel - don't rub! And try to eat a nutritious diet. That's about all I can recommend.
thanks ill give that a go!
also my hair goes quite big and fluffy/wolly as well. it seems quite dry even when im washing it. are those symptoms of dry coarse hair?
I'm not much of a hair expert; I only know what I've learned through trial and error.
Use a separate conditioner after you've washed and rinsed your hair... and perhaps try a different brand? Also, washing in lukewarm water helps, or cold water (if you can stand it!)
