The myth says that if you wear a hat or cap a lot, ex. at work, you will get bald when you get older. The scalp doesn't get enough oxygen and the hair follices will decay..
I was thinking about this today. I wear a cap at work so, of course I became worried.... Did some research on the internet with very different results.
I hope you guys can give me some correct answers =)
Thanks for help! =)

Actually, wearing a cap or hat could save your hair, especially if you're a bit thin on top like me. That's because your scalp could sunburn, which could lead to skin cancer, and the treatment for that could cause your hair to fall out!
So when you're in the sun, wear a cap or hat -- save your hair!
There really is no basis for this old wives' tale, other than misobservation. Men who wear hats for stylistic reasons are no more likely to suffer hair loss than men who don't, but men who DO lose their hair ARE more likely to wear hats as a consequence. Post hoc, ergo propter hoc.
Hmm, I've always thought that guys who wear caps often ARE bald. LOL
Despite the daily wearing of socks, I've still got hairy toes. A hat isn't a tourniquet... I wouldn't worry about it.
