  Hi,just letting everyone know I have decided to grow
  my hair back long again.
  in fact I have made a bet with some of my co-workers
  that I would go 4 years without a haircut

    Good man. but the 4 yeart part is gonna be hard! You will be best trim every 3 months or so to cut the saggy backs off.
