I've read some bad stuff about Garnier Fructis shampoo lately. That the silicones in it surrounds the hair and leave the inside damaged but the outside shiny and smooth, and also that the silicone makes the hair look crappy if you don't wash it every day.
What's your experience with Fructis?
I should add that i like the smell of it and the colour of the bottle.
Green is the colour of her kind ;)
A+
Used it for a long time, but it always left my hair feeling a lil dry and real frizzy. I'm using a Marc Anthony product called strictly curls now, along with same named lotion. Leaves my hair feeling and looking great... highly recommend!

I wash my hair with it about once every 5 to 8 days. I mix some tea tree oil in it too. It works well on my hair.

I tried their conditioner -- didn't like it.
However, they have a new water-based hair spray that I do like for holding down the wispy hairs around my ears.
I used their hair gel during the worst of the awkward phase and liked it.
I've never had any problems with it. I tend to alternate between Fructis, Pantene and Timotei regularly - a bottle of shampoo and two of conditioner, then move to the next product.
It seems that they sell really different products in different countries. For example, I use this stuff as a conditioner: (http://www.garnier.com.ru/_ru/_ru/our_products/product-struct.aspx?tpcode=OUR_PRODUCTS^PRD_HAIRCARE^FRUCTIS^FRUCTIS_DISCOVER^FRUCTIS_SLEEK_SHINE^FRUCTIS_SLEEK_SHINE2_RTN2&prdcode=P41040), and it works really well for me - but I can't find a similar product on the US site, so it probably isn't available there.
As for the shampoo, they have a kind of shampoo which has silicone in it - I think that's the "Length & Strength" one. Silicone is usually found in conditioners, and I wonder what is it for in a shampoo... All the other kinds of Fructis shampoo sold here don't contain silicone.
