  I can O-fishally state my hair is now fully over the collar and is down to (though not past) my shoulders. Means little, I suppose, to ye who are already blessed with flowing locks. A milestone to me, though. Huzzah!!

    I may have flowing locks; but my memory of when I first achieved what you describe above is just as fresh in my mind as if it were yesterday... definitely something to brag & cheer about!!
