Hi everybody !
I don't post here so often these days, I think... Always checking though the topics though !
As you may (or may not) know, I'm back from Norway to France, after an amazing trip by bike across Norway (Trondheim-Oslo in one week) and by train across Europe (Germany, Austria and Italy). You can see some pictures on my Flickr account (link below)
I join the today picture of my hair. It has gotten quite long, but very thin at the ends. The extra volume on the pic is due to the braid waves and the washing of yesterday with rhassoul, which totally washed my hair but dried it (not a bad thing in some ways...). I plan to trim the ends quite soon.

Thanks for most magnificent update and your hair has certainly grown and thanks for sharing that with us.
It looks like you had a great time in your trip through Europe on the way back from Norway. I've been to Oslo once and wondered how you found your time living in Trondheim? I know that Norway can be an expensive place to live and is it that the same for students living there?

Norway was very expensive indeed! Even for student, although I had the chance to get a rather cheap student accommodation, every little thing costs a lot there. But it doesn't disturb too much people there, because they earn a lot of money, in general.
By any chance, have you been to Rock In during your time in Oslo ? A well appreciated metal bar as you may like (and beer is cheap =))

Your hair looks quite exceptional since I last remember seeing it.It may be a tad bit thin at the ends but overall it looks quite thick:)Do you think you've reached terminal or do you think your hair may get longer?

Hey Mark,
It looks like my hair can still grow, but maybe not very much. Keep in mind that I trimmed only twice in 6 years and that my hair is quite fragile, so it may be 'normal'. Interestingly, I'm not so interested in length, since I know it can grow at least at waist/belt length. I guess it's not so important...
And never say never. If you want to travel, you can ;)

But I have to say my hair now is longer than yours. ;)
I regularly trim my hair also to get thicker ends - I think 1cm each two months should be okay for you.
And oil your hair. Best might be coconut oil.

I just try oiling (I had jojoba oil at home), and brushing after. Feels good for now; I will try regularly.

I checked out all your Norway pictures and they are truly beautiful. Norway really is a country where nature can manifest itself without much intervention from men, hence beeing one of the cleanest countries in the world. I can just hope that one day I get to visit it myself...
Also great, great hair. I noticed though that you wear a cap in winter, do you put all your hair under it? if so, how? do you make a bum and just put the cap on or is it something else? :)
Yes, Norway is beautiful, and clean; for now. I hope its future will be like this.
The cap is not a cap. A kind of "buff" actually (a big sleeve so to speak). I braid my hair, put it in the buff and "lock" it with a tie. Strange look but quite useful,at any sportive time.
