Hey guys. I broke a few hairs around my bangs a little while ago. If the broken hairs are about 3 inches long, how long would it take before they grow enough to not look "broken." Thanks in advance.

The hairs around the ones in question go down to my collar and the ones that could be broken go to my cheek.

They say a pic speaks a thousand words so why not post a pic and let us all give you our opinion and guidance.

If you mean how long for the hair to grow back 3 inches, at 1/2inch growth per month on ave. for most people that would be 6 months.
But if its just the way the broken ends look frayed, that you don't like, you might need to cut them to get rid of that frayed look. I think most here will say NEVER cut.
I mean they are 3 inches long, which looks odd because the others go to my collar. I'll post a picture as soon as I get my camera functioning properly.

I bet most will say live with it and let mother nature even it out over time.
I don't know if you can see it, but on the left side there are some hairs that don't go far past my eyes. I don't know if this natural and they won't ever grow past that or if they'll grow over time. Thanks in advance for answering.
