What things can be used for faster hair growth?

Nothing. Every single one of us, as we are growing out our hair wishes for the magic pill that will make the hair grow faster, but then, you miss the lessons that come with growing out your hair. Okay, nobody is asking for lessons. You get them anyway. Save your money on hair growth pills--unless wasting money on them is part of the lesson. It has been for many of us.

GNC and other vitamin stores have a variety of hair health supplements. You can use any of them, even the ones that come in a pink box with a girl on it. Vitamins know no gender. For some people this has worked; and either way, contributing to your hair's health is not a bad idea if you're growing it long.

well, unlike most below, i would say that hair vitamins did do some good for me....i have used them with success....you won't get a TREMENDOUS amount of added growth, or at least i did not, but it *did* grow more during the time i used them then what i would term the regular rate of growth.

Nothing.
Some people on the board have claimed that Biotin (a vitamin) has made their hair grow faster. Many more (me included) say that it does nothing. Which side is right is anyone;s guess, but I'd suggest that IF id does make any difference, it muct be pretty small.
Just hang on in there.
