I've lurked on this forum.
I forget when I started my hair journey, but I've been taking and dating pictures along the way so you can get an idea. My hair looked to be about 1.5-1.7 inches at the earliest picture I have, and I started my journey from a buzz. I know not everyone grows the same, but at about 1/2 inch a month average (googled it) that would put me at starting my journey sometime around August, or September 2009 which makes this about my 14th month.
also although I cannot yet put my bangs in a tail I have noticed about a month ago, that the problem of my bangs in my face has finally gone away, the trick for me is that I can now tuck my bangs behind my ears and they're finally long enough to stay, however without a headband they're still loose, and I still look like some kind of anime thing with my hair tailed

Looks great, keep it growing. I'd say lurk no more...but I can't cast the first stone there.

I swear I'm going to...one of these days. I've been transitioning to a new job and so the story goes...maybe this weekend?!?
