My hair looks terrible today. 2 days without washing and wearing a hat most of the day probably explains it.
Thin, flat and incredibly dull. And damn front-hairs that ALMOOOST can be tucked behind my ears, AND STAY THERE.
It better look good in a few months, or else... :P
Hairwash tomorrow will be a relief at least, lol.
Well I looked back to a little over a month ago, on 9/11 to be exact, and saw some fabulous pictures of your hair then.Judging by those pics I felt you were making great progress with your growth.Your hair is very similar to mine and if I start skipping daily washes it can start looking oily, flat, and rather crummy after that second day let alone a third day or longer.Don't get so discouraged at this early stage in your journey. There were like 10 replies that day giving you the thumbs up on your mane.Being you are new to this there will be a learning curve on dealing with the best way to keep your hair looking nice so just keep trying and you will find what works for you. Also more length will definately help as well.
So Abstrakt, keep the faith and don't give up so easily..OK?Just keep checking in here and if you need any questions answered we have a lot of experience amongst the membership.Cheers my friend

Thanks for the kind words mark, but i never thought of giving up. I just hated the way my hair looked yesterday. Woke up this morning and washed it. Now it's fine again and will only get better with time.
Maybe i should just wash every other day instead of every 3 days that i've done lately. How bad can it be?
Looking back at your past photos, I'd say my hair is very similar in length to yours and has always required at least a daily rinse and condition to keep it looking good. When my hair was shorter I *had* to shampoo it daily, but as it has grown longer it taken progressively more time before I get enough build up to *require* a shampoo. If your hair tends to be naturally oily, a daily rinse may be required just to keep dirt from collecting.
As for the front hairs, I use spring loaded "snap" clips just above my ears to keep my hair tucked back until it grows long enough to stay in a ponytail.
