This is an update of about 2 years 7 months. I switched over a couple months ago from Pantene to a shampoo and conditioner I used to use, that doesn't contain any harmful sulfates, and it's been really good for my hair. I've noticed less shedding and an overall increase in quality, thickness and looks. I won't be going back to Pantene again!

I have to say your old shampoo and conditioner sure does do your hair justice.Your hair looks fantastic in this pic.Hmmmmmm, makes me want to throw the Pantene conditioner I'm using out the window as I always had mixed feelings about it ever since trying some.Hate to waste it so I figured to finish the bottle and move onto something different.So what's your secret formula?Cheers my friend.

I've also been using a sulfate free shampoo for about 4 months now with good results. My hair absolutely hates sulfates. When I used to use conventional shampoos my hair will be a frizz ball the next day. With the sulfate free shampoo I still get some frizz after using it but is a lot less.

Btw. I think it's always good to switch between two or three good shampoos/conditioners from time to time.

I use Loreal's sulfate free shampoo, they work great. Pantene destroys hair.
