For those of you fortunate enough to have a pony tail. I have noticed lately that some guys have been pulling their hair into higher ponytails and using wider scrunchies to secure them. While it does give a slightly fem look was wondering if anyone does this and has got any negative looks or comments.

I've been doing it for about three years. No negative comments or looks, except from the family. Not only that, but, I haven't had anyone mistake me for a female, even after I started wearing skirted garments. It's just more comfortable that way. Besides, after 4/13/02, that's all I can do, if I want to have a tail. If I try to tie it at the nape of the neck, it's just a little stub.

I've been using big scrunchies for years here on the bottom of my braid(currently at my belt) and on my ponytails weither they be at the nape or up high. I have never gotten any comment from family, friends or clients other than once and he was nearly bald. If it matches your shirt or general outfit color, they really add a finished touch to your presentation..just shows you pay attention to details..people really dont notice the size. I have been asked a few times where I got a particular one I might be wearing so they are noticed but not negatively
