Im starting my 22nd month, and everything is on schedual. I took this photo after using coconut oil and washing with mane and tale shampoo and conditioner. My goal lenth is at 36 months.

Lookin' good there, my friend -- and it's always nice to see other guys near to my age that are growing out their manes!!!
If you click on my avatar pic, it will take you to my silly hair website and mane page. Those pics were all taken in early 2004 -- when my hair was at around 3 and a half years' of growth (about the length that you mentioned as being your ultimate goal).
The funny thing about hair is that the longer your hair gets, often you want to grow it even longer still... Such is the case with me, at least!

Your hair looks fabulous at 22 months.If you keep taking care of your hair it will look awesome after 36 months.I like using the coconut oil too.Cheers
