Tonight was hair wash night. I tried finger combing my hair before the wide tooth comb. Made detangling that much easier and easier on the hair. I will definetly be doing this from now on :) This works awesome!!!
You're right, your hands are the best comb in the world. I don't even have a comb or brush I only use my hands.
Definitely. I don't even think about using a comb or brush until I've worked thru with the fingers first. And once I do start combing/brushing, I still end up stopping repeatedly to work out snags with my fingers.

Nice - finger-combing works great as you can feel a potential tangle coming up and "negotiate" the situation before it gets into a tangle or knot.
I also put a dot of Jojoba oil on my finger-tips when I - makes it even easier.
