Out of work, Yep, My position was yanked out form under me, Unhorsed, as it were. Economy is bad, Money is tight, and no need for in-house design any longer. Not a complete surprize, but I was hoping I had read the signs wrong. One thing, though. My hair was not and had never been an issue. Of course, now I must try to find new employment. I will indeed find a new job, and I WILL NOT cut my hair to do so, God and the fates, help me. I have neither the mindset nor the funding, at this time, to fully retire. Being the "young" age of 59. Experience means naught in this economy. It may not be my hair so much as my age that hinders me. However, I shall prevail!!
so hows that hope and change workin out for ya??
You go for it.! and let that hair grow. And don't let go of your gumtion
Cheers,
Glinka
Good-luck to you in your search!! I'm in the same boat looking for work!! And I was almost tempted to cut my 3 years worth of growth out of frustration---Hang in there man- something will come up for both of us! Dee
