For fun, i tried to make a full ponytail today by combing all the hair back, but the front hait still didn't really reach the tie. Only about an inch away, or less even. I did succeed on making a decent half-tail. However, i'm not sure if i like that look.
Anyway, i'm glad i kept the hair throughout my doubts, because now, my first goal is really close and the awkward stage will be over in just a few months. Not bad for 16 months of growing :)
Well hair growth takes time Abstrakt, as you are learning, which is more reason to be very careful about cutting it if you are getting a little frustrated with your mane at the moment.It sounds like you are getting some decent length now so just be patient and in the end you will be glad you did my friend:)Cheers

In total understanding, here. Though most of my hair now can be "tailed' it is the very front that hasn't quite made it. I know that the nature of hair loss and regrowth means one will always have strays, and mavericks. The nature of the beast. Don't be discouraged. It is worth it.
