I just thought I would post a small update here. Yesterday I had a friend take a couple photos. One is of my hair in a ponytail and the other is my hair loose, both from the back.

Thanks! Your hair looks pretty awesome too! As for the length.. I am looking forward to mid-back length as that is my goal.. who knows, maybe I will go for even longer than that!
Also some people I know ask me what I do with me hair and don't believe me when I tell them that all I really do with it is brush it daily and I wash it when it starts to get that dull limp look.. and that's about IT! Then again, these have also been short-haired men who don't beliebe me..

Me too-I'm gonna hoping for mid-back length too-I think the weight of it is finally starting to make it fill in right---When I started growing I had alot of layers and they are finally starting to grow out...I really want it all to be one length-the front still has different length layers to grow out...Like in the picture if I don't brush it after showering it stays pretty wavy-I'm experimenting with different styling parting...Today I wore it with a very parted side part-I usually get some compliments from rocker guys lol when I wear it this way..(Looks very 70's retro which I like-I will post a pic later to ask opinions on which way looks the best.

I love how thick it is too! I have definitely been blessed with good hair genetics, as I am close approaching my 30's and unlike quite a few guys my age I know have yet to notice any receeding hairline, thinning, or bald spots :D

Thanks!! A lot of the girls at work feel the same way and there are one or two who just can't resist the urge to play with it before it gets tied back and shoved under an icky hairnet. lol

Yes it is nice to have such an attribute.. and as for those icky hairnets... its the first part of my uniform to be removed once I clock out, followed by my hair elastic!

Hair looks to be in good condition and I see no signs of thinning, so you're probably set for a good long terminal length :)

Hey Charlie,
I have been growing for almost 3 years at this point. This is the second time I have grown it though, with the first time having it cut at about 4 years in due to pressures from a previous job / friends / parents.

Your hair looks great down! I prefer to wear mine that way but wear it tied and tucked at work. Your hair is a little lighter than I thought it was. Is it the lighting or is the sun having an effect on it?

Pretty sure its just how the light is hitting it because my hair seems to look lighter or darker depending on what kind of light it is, the angle it gets hit at, atc.
