I dyed my hair a few days ago with Henna/Indigo mixed, my mom did it for me and I picked a dark brown henna dye (close to my natural hair color, but made my hair darker than it was), and it came out really really dark brown with red hints in it and made my hair softer too! :) I am going to start using henna every few months to keep my hair strong and soft, plus I love the color!
Nice colour Mark and looks great :-)
Cheers,

Just a warning for blonds - if you dye your hair with indigo or anything calling itself black henna, your hair can come out dark green, not black.
Beautiful!!!! ;D All this talk of these natural dyes!!! I love Indigo! I want to grow the plant too!!
It looks good. Where did you get the henna mix? I used to use a brown henna mix that was lighter, and before that just pure henna, but neither of these options really work for me anymore, because I have too much greying, so I figure a henna mix containing indigo is what I need now. Otherwise the grey bits end up odd colours.
My wife tends to complain about the colour of my hair. She is quite a bit younger than I am and says I look too old because I have a lot of grey. She doesn't understand why I won't use synthetic dye.
