Hey all,
My girlfriend had the tv on the other night, and something caught my eye. It was a report of a man (innocent bystander) who had risked his life to stop a robbery in progress. When he was interviewed, and repeatedly asked why he would do such a thing, his response was simply "It's the right thing to do". The "something" that caught my eye was that he had long, mid-back length hair. Stories like this should be an example that it doesn't matter how long hair is or color of skin or etc, but the person underneath all that which is most important.
I wish I could find a link to this news story, but my searches have come up empty.
P.S. He also said he is a former Marine.
I found a link to that story (too bad he didn't stop those guys).
