I'm new here, so I will just introduce myself.
I've recently decided to grow long hair (I was thinking about it for some years, but well... It was November 2010, when I had my last haircut), and a friend of mine recommended this board as a great source of information on all things related to growing hair, and indeed I've learned a lot. And your photos - very inspiring. Some of you have really beautiful hair - I'm so envious.
And about me - I'm so stupid, that I haven't decided on growing my hair ten years ago (as I would be happy longhair now ;-) ). Better late than never, probably. Now I'm 24 years old, and I don't know if it isn't too late - I will probably never achieve classic length, but I will try to have it as long as possible ;-) (it may take ten years or so...)
I've attached photo taken about 7 months after my last haircut. (it takes sooooo long to have any noticeable progress)

Welome Maciek, to the mlhh!Glad you had an observant friend who steered you to this board for help with your longhair needs.You said it best regarding when you begin the longhair journey.Better late than never rings so true.At 24 you are still very young and still have the ability to grow a great mane.I wish you the best in achieving that:)Your hair looks great at 7 months as it only gets better the longer you go.That's without a haircut I might add;)All the best my friend.Cheers

it'll be a great journey, man. I've have to keep my hair in the awkward stage while in school, but I did grow it out briefly, and it was awesome, so I can only imagine what'll be like going all out from the very beginning. Good luck! :D
