Great photo...a future sufer for sure...does you other son still have long hair?
Thanks, although Lake Superior is a bit too cold--and the waves usually too small--to do much in the way of surfing. Yes, my other son (pictured above while searching for frogs) also still has long hair.
Cheers,
Val
Hey Validus,
Thanks for sharing these two (2) pics of your sons. Their hair looks stunning. Have they ever had it cut? Do they plan to grow it to terminal length?
You have reason to be very proud.
Raymond
These pix of your kids are what give hope to all of us for a better future where long hair will be taken as normal on guys. Great job, (fellow) dad!
Hi Val, Fantastic pictures, you must be so proud, congratulations. Ian
I can see having all that hair gave your son the strength to lift that boulder!LOL.Very impressive but be careful not to drop it on your toes!OUCH!!!
Mark
Thank you all for your kind words!

Val- your son's hair looks great! I was at the beach today and I was having lunch at a cool burrito restaurant and there were four couples with a bunch of kids. I overheard this boy who must of been maybe 7 years old tell this other kid that he needs a haircut. The 7yr old had a very military short crew-cut and the other boy had a cool 70's shaggy style. (which I thought looked adorable on him) But, what struck me strange was that the other boy felt that short hair is how boys must wear it...In other words, his opinion was instilled by his parents...I think that is wrong because parents should let their kids define their own style's, in my opinion...It's great that you're letting your kid express his own style and individuality...Good for you and him!
