Thought I would post a quick update after my trip, my hair seems to be growing rather quick, which I am extremely happy for. I have started using coconut oil just to see how it goes and I like it very much, has a great smell to it as well, and with as little as I use it will last quite a while. Here is a couple pics, give me some feedback and tips to continue growing my hair well.

Hi Ziggy, thanks for the update. You seem to be doing all the right things as you mane is looking great. Glad you've found coconut oil to be of benefit, I always use it the night before a wash. Well done - keep up the good work! Ian

I always enjoy the feedback on this forum it raises my spirit to be unique even when things are looking somewhat down. Only thing that sucks right now is that I have to always have my hair in ponytails, and even with cloth bands, no metal, it still gives breakage. So I can't wait till it is long enough to do one looser ponytail to help prevent that I am noticing a good deal of smaller broken strands, but hey I guess that goes with the territory of food industry and hair.
