I am 95% sure that these photos are from Venice Beach in southern California. That might explain it. It is from this photo album. I have it bookmarked.

Wow! That video was 99% awesome ~ the only thing it lacked was a wider variety of age. All those guys looked to be under 30. They look fantastic, but young. Someone needs to make a video of all the long haired dudes age 40 and over -- now THAT would be cool!! Thanks for sharing the vid link. :)
