Eat healthy foods, and avoid putting garbage into your body (i.e., don't smoke, and avoid excessive amounts of junk food and alcohol). Drink lots of fresh water. Take a good multivitamin along with an omega-3 supplement (fish or flaxseed oil). Be physically active, and get adequate rest.
