hey hows it going, ive been growing my hair for almost a year and now its down to my chin im noticing whenever i take a shower (or comb my hair) i end up with a lot less hair than before. I have pretty thick hair so after a couple of months of this its still not had any noticable effect, but I cant help thinking that this hairloss cant go on for much longer before my scalp gets visibly balder.
whats the solution? is there a kind of shampoo or whatever that keeps hair bolted down? or do i just have to wash my hair every damn day, or never?
lemme just say btw i cant believe theres actually a 'mens long hair board'. s'great!
btw im 19 so i doubt im actually going bald... this is a haircare problem

I'm 19 too and I have the same damn problem. My hair is about an inch or 2 past my shoulders. I assume mine is a hair-care problem too as I don't actually have any bald spots on my head that I or anyone I have asked has noticed. I haven't found a solution to this problem but all I can say is don't waste your $ on this stuff called Thicker, Fuller Hair shampoo or conditioner (used every other day btw). It doesn't seem to work. (I'm not really surprised that it doesn't but I figured I'd pass it on.). I'm gonna try those hair vitamins next but I doubt they will work either. Some people probably just can't have long hair.
Guys...
You are suppose to drop a large number of hairs per day.
No matter what, it is what hair does.
If you grow your hair long you NOTICE them more, that is all.
And if you don't get a chance to wash it for a few days all the ones you WOULD have washed out come out with the comb and you freak out a bit. That just happened to me...whew!
Hey what's up, I have pretty thick hair, I've been growing it for about a uear already.
It starting to get thick and bushy from the top back.
My friend tells me that I have to thin it out but I don't want to cut it. Any suggestions?
