Hi all. Here are a few pics of my hair at almost 7 months. I figured I'd post them now because I'm going to pretty busy the next several weeks and won't have much of a chance to do so. I don't really notice much difference from my last update. One thing that did change is that I cut almost 4 inches off my beard. It was a tough decision, but one I am comfortable with. I just got back from a vacation visiting family and was surprised to receive mostly positive comments about the hair. The beard has never been popular with them, and I got the same 'ol negative comments. However they were pleased to see it shorter.
I'm curious to see how my hair is going to look in another few months. It's really thick and wavy, so I hope it turns out alright. Right now I am setting a goal to let it grow until January, marking the one year point. I am trying to stay away from using any kind of hair gel because I have a very sensitive scalp. Any advice or input would be appreciated as to how to best manage my type of hair as it continues to grow out. Is there anything in particular that I should expect or do to best manage it? Thanks all for the support and inspiration.

hairs lookin good, and hold in there you might not see a big difference but it IS growing. youll see the biggest difference from now to 12 months

thanks for your latest update...i can definately see the difference in your hair length from your previous update and it is starting to look "long" now....you seem to be handling the various comments very well....so stick to your guns and keep those fine locks growing!!

It odd they didn't like your long beard but the hair seems OK.Go figure.lol.Even though you cut the beard back hopefully its what YOU wanted because the same applies to the hair too my friend.Thanks for your update.Cheers

Thanks for a great update, the hair is coming along very nice and really does compliment the beard very well. I find anyone with a beard worth mentioning a free man, in the sense you have engaged the natural root of facial hair, and the hair is steadily catching up :)
