Hi all
How did I learn of this Vid?
I had posted one of my own, (a contest) for a chance to win "for free" my original leather Headband and Wooden Comb. After nearly 24 hours I removed this video. Why? The comments (mostly) had nothing at all to do with the contest to win which was to submit a "short video" to be added to a Playlist of which ea. entry was to have been given a number in the order they were received and a random drawing held.
Meanwhile, this very nice and very polite Young Man happens to have made this video for the "contest." It "slipped through the cracks" at the last minute as I was deleating, so I emailed him that he was the "Grand Winner!"
Well, I cannot think of a happier ending and thought all of you guys here might like some great inspiration from one who also loves long hair. Looks as if he well knows how to care for long hair.
Enjoy and it is very short.
Wishing you all a great weekend.

He has absolutely beautiful hair! Glad he won. :)
Me too! :-)

His hair is gorgeous, Justin. I am reasonably sure he lives in the UK.
Scott
and no moronic H.S. principal told him to cut it either!!
apparently there's a LOT more FREEDOM on the west coast in the U.S. than the south!
it's too bad Texas, Florida and the rest of the south does not try to emulate the west coast!
I may relocate there!
I can confirm that long hair on men is common in Southern California. I recently returned home from a 5 week stay in San Diego County and saw probably at least a few thousand men with long hair during my stay. It's not so common in the Ozarks of North Arkansas where I live, but thankfully I haven't experienced any discrimination as of yet. My sister informs me that the local high school has no problem with it either (or at the very least doesn't enforce it if they do) as she knows a few guys with waist-length hair that attend.
*and, it is getting more and more common up here in Oregon. Anything goes for the most part, really. HS students here (some) have actual beards and or quite long hair. No problem, at least in my town. Seems as if the "Buzz Cuts" and shaggy to longish hair to quite long is almost equally divided now. 10 years ago very little long hair on anyone.
That's good to hear. I don't mind other people having short hair (in fact I sometimes wouldn't mind having short hair again on certain days, except that it takes too long to grow back compared to cutting it), it's just discrimination and hating that I don't appreciate.
Sorry that you are suffering such negativity due to your hair. All of Texas is not so closed-minded, but some parts certainly are. I understand the desire (sometimes the *need*) to relocate, for various reasons. The last time I relocated both myself and my son, it was the best thing that could have happened to us. I wish you luck with your decision.
Washington State of all places! Was I ever surprised because I was guessing the UK as well Scott. He should receive my original Headband and Wooden Comb no later than early next week.
Justin~
Hi Justin,
Thanks for sharing and he does have a very inspirational head of hair and glad the headband and comb will be going to a good home. He also makes some interesting points in his videos :-)
Cheers,
John.
Hi John
Yes! He has a kind of intelligence that is not the normal society persons intelligence. His emails are VERY polite and shows a whole lot of polish. And, I am SO glad he wins! :-)
Justin~
Glad to hear it mate and a great inspiration :-)
Thank God!
perhaps he can teach that idiotic hick Principal Lamb in Wills Point, Texas the proper usage of the English Language!
imho, Lamb would be best suited as a Marine Corps Drill Sgt and should be replaced by a well educated intellectual long haired Man!
Hey Guys
Hope you are all having a nice weekend. The "winner" after making the initial long hair video came back the next day with how he brushes his long hair. Just in case some of you might be interested in his technique.
